Do you build custom Shopify themes or use existing ones?

We build custom themes designed around your brand. Where a premium theme is the smarter starting point for your budget, we will say so and tailor it heavily, so it still looks and works like it was made for you.

Can you migrate my store to Shopify?

Yes. We move stores from WooCommerce, Wix, Squarespace and others, carrying across your products, customers and content with redirects in place so you keep the search rankings and traffic you have earned.

Which Shopify plan do I need?

For most brands the standard Shopify plan is the right place to start, with Shopify Plus making sense at higher volume. We help you choose on our first call so you are not paying for more than you need.

How long does a Shopify store take?

Most stores go live in three to six weeks, depending on how many products and pages you have and how ready your content is. We agree a timeline up front and keep to it.

Can I run the store myself after launch?

Yes. Shopify is built to run without a developer, and we hand over with a short walkthrough so adding products, editing pages and running promotions is straightforward.

Do you offer ongoing support and growth?

We do. You can take a care plan for updates, new sections and conversion work, or just call us when you need something. Either way, you are never stuck.
