Why not use off-the-shelf software?

Often you should. Custom makes sense when your process is what sets you apart, when workarounds cost your team hours every week, or when clients use the tool directly.

Can it connect to the tools we already use?

Almost always. If a tool has an API or an export, we can bring its data in, send data back or automate the steps in between.

How long does it take?

A focused tool, like a dashboard or a simple portal, takes weeks rather than months. Larger systems take longer; we agree the scope and timeline up front and keep to it.

Is our data secure?

Access is built on proper logins, roles and permissions, so people only see what they should. The accounts it all runs on are in your name.

Who owns the software?
