Your MVP, built to last.
Live in about six weeks.

We turn your idea into a product people can sign up to, pay for and rely on. Design, engineering and launch in one team, on a stack you can grow on without rebuilding in a year.

MVP sprint · Web & mobile · Launch
Where you are starting from

From idea or prototype, to launch.

Most founders arrive with one of two things. Both end in the same place: a real product in front of real users.

An idea

We shape the scope with you, cut it down to the one thing that has to work brilliantly, then design and build it.

DiscoveryScopeDesign

A prototype

Built something in an AI tool or no-code? It becomes the brief. We keep what works and build the production version around it.

PrototypeHardeningLaunch

What is in the MVP sprint.

One team takes your product from the first workshop to the app stores, with a clear scope and timeline agreed up front.

Discovery workshop

We pin down the problem, the users and the core flow, and agree what waits until version two.

ScopePriorities

Product design

Key screens and flows designed and clickable before a line of code, so you can test the idea early.

UX/UIPrototype

Full-stack build

A web app on Next.js, Vercel and Supabase, with accounts, data and payments done properly.

Web appPayments

iOS & Android apps

When you need them, native-feeling apps from the same codebase, published to the App Store and Google Play.

iOSAndroid

Launch-ready

Domain, analytics, transactional emails and error monitoring in place before your first user signs up.

AnalyticsMonitoring

After launch

A care plan keeps it healthy, and a product partnership keeps it improving as users tell you what they need.

Care planIteration

Production-grade from day one.

An MVP is small in scope, not in quality. Every build includes the foundations that prototypes skip.

Secure accounts

Logins, roles and each user's data kept separate, checked before launch.

A data model that grows

Structured for ten thousand users, not just the first ten.

Payments, end to end

Checkout, subscriptions, failed charges and receipts handled properly.

Error monitoring

You hear about problems before your users have to write in.

Fast on real devices

Tested on real phones and slow connections, not just a laptop.

Yours to own

Your code, your accounts, your data. No lock-in.

Flagship

From idea to a live business.

Windmaster is our own product: a wind and wave forecast we designed, built and run end to end, live on the web, the App Store and Google Play.

Windmaster web app
The web app

Thousands of spots, one fast app.

A calibrated forecast for thousands of spots in more than 100 countries, with interactive maps and a dashboard that opens in under a second.

The mobile apps

Native on iOS and Android.

One codebase on both stores, with accounts, Stripe subscriptions and wind alerts by push notification.

Windmaster mobile app

From idea to launch.

A clear path from first call to first users, with something you can see and click at every stage.

Discovery

We agree the problem, the users and the smallest scope that proves the idea, then lock it.

Design

We design the core screens and flows, click through them together and refine before we build.

Build

We build in short cycles on Next.js, Vercel and Supabase, with working versions to try along the way.

Launch & iterate

We ship to real users, watch how they use it and improve the product from what we learn.

Questions, answered.

How long does an MVP take?

About six weeks from kickoff to launch for a focused web MVP. Mobile apps and heavier integrations add time; we agree the timeline up front and keep to it.

How much does an MVP cost?

It depends on scope, so we quote a fixed price after a first call rather than guess. For market ranges and what you get at each level, read our guide to what an MVP costs in 2026.

Should I start with web or mobile?

Usually web. It is the fastest way to reach users and learn. Once the idea is proven, the same codebase can ship to the App Store and Google Play.

I already have a prototype. Can you build on it?

Often, yes. A clean prototype is a head start, and even a messy one is the clearest brief you will ever write. We start with a rescue audit to find the fastest safe route.

Do you use AI to build?

Yes, as a tool, not a shortcut. AI-assisted development is a big part of why we ship in weeks, and everything that goes live is tested and built on a stack we know inside out.

Do I own the code?

Completely. The code, the accounts and the data are yours from day one, with no lock-in.

What clients say.

We hired this team to redesign and optimize our Shopify store and the results were immediate. The site looks far more professional, loads faster, and our conversion rate noticeably improved within the first month. They understood ecommerce best practices and implemented changes we wouldn't have thought of ourselves. Highly recommend if you're serious about growing your online store.

Adrien built my website quickly and efficiently, taking into account both my professional needs and my many questions with great patience. I particularly valued his ability to offer tailored solutions that matched what I was looking for, as well as his input. The site was designed so that I can make small changes myself without having to rely on a developer afterwards. I would gladly recommend his work, and I would not hesitate to work with him again.

MMaria

Good communication, contributing ideas and input on the design. Which was great for me because you don't just think about a website project, but together, and that's how you ultimately get the most out of a website. Even if adjustments were needed to the website, they were quickly resolved. Thanks for everything!

What particularly stands out in your support is your focus on listening to and providing personalized guidance to clients. Beyond your technical expertise with Squarespace and Shopify, your ability to understand and anticipate needs allows you to build genuine relationships of trust and ensure the success of digital projects. This is a real asset for a human-centered approach to e-commerce.

EEmmanuel

I recommend 1000%. He helped me redesign and migrate my website from Shopify to Squarespace in no time. He was readily available, very responsive, and quickly grasped my needs. The collaboration was smooth and enjoyable. I'm so glad I found him!

CCaroline

Working with Adrien was a success, both because of the excellent final business result, a website redesign on Squarespace, and because of the speed of execution and ease of collaboration. Proactive and resourceful, they offered suggestions that greatly improved my site, drawing on his extensive experience and understanding the perspective of my website visitors and my business objectives. Always available and a very pleasant person to work with, I will definitely call on Adrien again for future projects.

Already halfway there?

If you have an AI build or a stalled project, start with an audit. And if budget is the question, we wrote the guide.
